BackNova operates on a privacy-first principle. We do NOT store plain text email addresses or phone numbers. All PII is hashed using SHA-256 before storage. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service. We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, BackNova does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
Support is provided via Telegram. Response times vary by plan level.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service or maintain an account with us.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or abuse or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled, you will lose access to your account and data, outstanding fees remain due and payable, and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

BackNova does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that the lead quality scores will be accurate. You use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BACKNOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BACKNOVA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BackNova and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
BackNova reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BackNova regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without BackNova's prior written consent. BackNova may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
BackNova shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, or internet outages.
